Make Your Own Siddur
Sunday, May 17, 2026 • 1 Sivan 5786
10:30 AM - 12:00 PMGreenpoint ShulPlease join us for a hands-on, creative event where kids (with parents help) will design and build their very own prayerbooks! Together, we’ll cut, glue, draw, write, build, and invent—creating personal kids siddurim that reflect our voices, questions, and creativity. Our goal is to create the Greenpoint Shul Kids Prayerbook, which will be used in upcoming kids prayer services held on Shabbos mornings, while the grownups are upstairs. This is a unique opportunity to take tradition and make it our own—bringing ancient words and ideas into the here and now. A sunday brunch will be served Kids and parents are warmly invited. Come create, explore, and help shape how we pray together!
